This is a special disease which strikes people during the summer when the temperature is extreme, well above 40 degree C. If your job or business is such that you are required to move in the open for long hours under the sun, you have the ill luck to suffer a stroke. If you don’t have proper clothing and you don’t wear the cap or hat to protect yourself from the burning rays of the sun, you invite heat stroke. The reason for the heat stroke is simple. The continuous sweating during the summer season leads to loss of vital strength-giving salts in the body and it makes you feel exhausted. When the condition is acute, you may faint and become unconscious. The condition is also known as dehydration.
