#1.Tea Leaves
Just boil the cup of water , add 2 spoons of tea leaves , 1 spoon of lemon juice and drink it 2 to 3 times in a day . Sore throat will go away.
#2.Basil Leaves
Problems like sore throat occur in summer is very common in these days, decoction of basil leaves is very helpful to get rid of sore throat , just drink 3 to 4 times in a day , it will be beneficial.
#3. Fenugreek seeds
An element called mucilage found in fenugreek gives relief in sore throat . Boil two spoons of fenugreek seeds in two cups of water. Sieve it and mix two spoons of honey in it and drink it. It provides relief in sore throat. Boiling fenugreek and gargling with filtered water removes bad smell from the mouth.
#4.Corn
Burn corn cob and grind its ashes. Add rock salt to it as per taste. Take 1/4 teaspoonful of that with warm water four times a day. would benefit.
#5.Guava
Eating roasted guava in hot sand provides relief in dry, phlegmatic and whooping cough. Do this experiment three times a day.
How to Prepare : Taking a big guava, taking out its pulp, making a small space inside the guava, fill it with 6-6 grams of ground carom seeds and black salt. After this, stuffing a cloth in the guava, covering it with soil, roast it in the ashes of a hot cow dung cake, after the guava is roasted, remove the soil and cloth, grind the guava and filter it. Mixing it with half a gram of honey and licking it in the morning and evening is beneficial in dry cough.

Turmeric milk before sleeping at night is beneficial in cold and flu. For this, add turmeric to milk and boil it and drink it hot, it provides relief in throat pain, but after taking it, cold water should not be drunk.
Heating turmeric with salt and taking it with hot water or milk also provides relief in throat pain and soreness.
Mix turmeric powder with water and honey and eat it twice a day.
